​1. Introduction

Welcome to 911 First Aid Training, provider of Heart & Stroke-approved First Aid and CPR training courses. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Course Registration and Payment

  • Course spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Payments are accepted via secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when registering for any course.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations more than 7 days before the course date: Full refund or option to reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of the course: 50% refund or option to reschedule

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, facility issues, or weather. If this happens, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to reschedule. Heart & Stroke Foundation has a minimum class size of 3 participants.

4. Certification

Courses follow the Heart & Stroke Foundation guidelines. Successful completion is based on:

  • Attendance at all sessions

  • Participation in skills practice

  • Passing required all written and practical evaluations

Certificates will be issued digitally within 2 business days after course completion.

5. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree to:

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes

  • Not upload or transmit any malicious code or content

  • Not attempt to access restricted areas of the site

We reserve the right to deny access to any user who violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, logos, content, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of 911 First Aid Training and/or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality training, first aid instruction does not replace professional medical care. 911 First Aid Training and its instructors are not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from the use or misuse of skills taught

  • Any damages or losses from using this website or our services

Use of our services and content is at your own risk.
