First Aid Courses
Standard First Aid is a complete two-day (approx. 16-hour) training that meets provincial occupational health and WSIB standards. You'll be fully prepared to manage life-threatening emergencies—from CPR and AED use across all age groups to advanced first aid scenarios like fractures, seizures,
environmental emergencies, strokes, and more. Certification is valid for 3 years and includes
CPR Level C/AED competency.
Emergency First Aid is a condensed and intensive one-day course ideal for individuals requiring essential lifesaving skills quickly. This program covers CPR (adult/child/infant), AED use, choking, heart attack, stroke, and angina recognition and response. Certification is also valid for 3 years.
